THE 5 AREAS OF TRANSFORMATION
Regenerative Productions
Anjos do Sertão Farm-School functions as a space for practical experimentation in regenerative agrifood production. Its production sustains the Institute's business model, nourishing teams and projects. We work with cashew orchard, beekeeping, meliponiculture (native beekeeping), organic gardens and agroforestry systems, all with regenerative management and a focus on producing healthy food. From these food chains and our processing industries, we develop Anjos do Sertão food products, which generate essential revenue for the financial sustainability of our impact in the region.
